About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Checkmk GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and managing pipelines to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize modern techniques and tools to identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, or social media.
  • Lead Qualification: Quickly determine if a lead has potential and develop strategies to nurture it.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep track of your leads and ensure no potential customer falls through the cracks.
  • Product Knowledge: As the first point of contact, you will be our brand ambassador, requiring continuous learning to confidently present Checkmk products and services.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze your activities and results to constantly improve strategies and measure your successes.

Requirements:

  • Initial experience in sales or a similar position, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire people and explain complex topics clearly in German.
  • Proactivity and self-organization, with the ability to tackle tasks independently and bring fresh ideas.
  • Basic technical understanding of technical products and their benefits.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
