Compliance Officer in Teilzeit

At STADA Arzneimittel AG, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for managing and steering aspects of our Global Compliance Management Program under the guidance of the Head of Global Compliance Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and oversee selected operations within the Compliance Program, encompassing risk assessment, monitoring, policies, and training initiatives.
- Execute or support Sanctions and other compliance-related initiatives, including performing sanctions screening of counterparties and supporting internal Compliance reviews.
- Coordinate comprehensive communication and training needs, defining and delivering tailored packages, campaigns, and curricula to improve compliance awareness and adherence across the organization.
- Drive the digitalization within the Compliance area, refining processes through the integration of data-driven analytics, artificial intelligence, and the implementation of advanced tools and systems.
- Analyze reports and data to generate insights for managing risks and strengthening Compliance controls, managing sensitive discussions with senior management, and leading cross-functional projects with key departments.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of global compliance regulations and trends, ensuring that STADA's compliance strategies and actions are proactive and fully compliant.
- 2-3 years of experience in a global professional or corporate environment, specifically in the area of Compliance Program and Sanctions, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Interest in processes, IT, and data analytics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and corresponding IT systems.
- Fluency in German and English, with exposure to an international environment in daily business and/or experience in working abroad.
