Store Manager for BERSHKA Hamburg

As a Store Manager for BERSHKA in Hamburg, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store. This includes coordinating internal processes, managing employees, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
