About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager:in to join our team at STRABAG AG. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables are met, including quality, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management software, including Asana, Trello, or similar tools
