About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Commercial Finance to drive critical financial projects and processes at TWAICE Technologies GmbH. As a key member of the Finance & Legal team, you will collaborate closely with Commercial functions, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shape finance and revenue operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire commercial customer lifecycle, ensuring adherence to financial and legal standards.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer needs while considering profitability.
  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Identify and implement improvements to commercial processes, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Manage and execute all reporting-related topics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and forecasting, ensuring stakeholders' input and continuous alignment with the plan.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to assess project, customer, and product profitability.
  • Provide financial guidance and insights into business performance to various audiences across the company.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in relevant areas such as Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Commercial Finance.
  • Understanding of the complexities of maturing software products, with direct experience in a software company valued but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience with/implementing LucaNet, DATEV, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a willingness to work operationally in a small team.
  • A solid understanding of commercial legal frameworks in the enterprise software industry and their financial implications.
  • Fluent in English and German (C1) is mandatory.
