**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and growing our customer base.
• Provide expert technical knowledge and product information to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
• Work closely with our product team to stay up-to-date with new products and services, ensuring we are always offering the latest and greatest solutions to our customers.
• Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing our sales and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the heating industry, with a strong understanding of technical products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
