About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team at Süwag Energie AG. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading large-scale IT projects and programs, from initiation to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large IT projects and programs, including planning, coordination, and resource allocation
  • Establish and implement agile methodologies in software development and integration
  • Moderate methodically guided workshops
  • Represent Süwag Energie AG in E.ON corporate projects
  • Manage and prioritize project requirements and portfolios
  • Provide in-depth consulting to business units on best practice solutions and process consulting
  • Offer technical IT consulting and product consulting
  • Plan and coordinate external experts (development partners) and ensure knowledge transfer for future operation and maintenance
Requirements
  • Completed relevant university degree (e.g., Dipl.-Informatiker/in or Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieur/in) or equivalent professional qualification with additional specialized knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in data analytics
  • Excellent communication, creativity, organizational skills, and reliability
  • Able to inspire and engage people in projects
  • Strong knowledge of energy industry processes in the Meter to Cash area
  • Good knowledge of SAP IS-U solutions
  • Proven expertise in classical and agile project management methodologies
  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge in program and multiproject management
  • High consulting competence, analytical understanding, and conceptual skills
