About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Rottendorf Pharma. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously, leading and motivating cross-functional teams, and collaborating with customers and partners across continents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
• Develop and evaluate project concepts, including feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Prepare and present project reports, including financial analysis and documentation
• Evaluate project risks and alternatives, and develop mitigation strategies
• Support the preparation of regulatory inspections and audits
• Participate in internal process improvements and support cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a natural science or technical field, or equivalent experience
• Theoretical or practical knowledge of pharmaceutical technology and technical understanding
• First-hand experience in project management
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Reliability, accuracy, and analytical skills, with a service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English language and MS Office
