About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our logistics team as a Team Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader in various aspects of logistics management, including team leadership, organization, and motivation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Leader in managing logistics operations, including team coordination, process optimization, and quality control.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements
- First-hand experience in logistics or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
