About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Plantura. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a successful Plantura App strategy, aligning with both user and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership and responsibility for defining and implementing a successful Plantura App strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding and empathy for the pain points and needs of our target audience
  • Work closely with design, UX, marketing, and engineering to generate new product ideas and implement them promptly
  • Manage all stakeholders effectively and collaborate with other teams
  • Create and communicate roadmaps, work in an agile environment, and actively manage backlog and priorities
Requirements
  • ~6+ years of proven track record as product owner developing mobile apps in a digital B2C environment
  • Motivation, ambition, and team spirit to take hands-on responsibility for the introduction of new product features
  • Proficient in defining, managing, and successfully completing software development sprints in fast-paced environments
  • Affinity for numbers and technical understanding enabling the making of informed decisions and quick implementation
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills along with significant experience in managing cross-functional teams in hybrid environments
  • Minimum C1 in written and spoken German and English is mandatory
