Aufgaben
- Als Business Analyst im Bereich Facharchitektur und Anwendungskoordination verantworten Sie mit Ihren Kollegen die technische Neu- und Weiterentwicklung der Schadenthemen in der Kompositversicherung.
- Als Bindeglied zwischen IT und Fachbereich begleiten Sie vollumfänglich Projekte von der Analyse, über die Umsetzung bis zum Test und der Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen.
- Sie sind Berater der Fachbereiche und kümmern sich um die Erfassung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen unserer internen Kunden und Stakeholder.
- Sie betreuen im Agile Release Train (ART) oder als Schnittstelle hierzu Anforderungen und unterstützen aktiv im Projektmanagement.
Profil / Anforderungen
- Expertise im Bereich Kompositversicherung: Abgeschlossene versicherungsfachliche Ausbildung / Studium oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in den Kompositsparten.
- Ausgeprägte IT- und Technikaffinität sowie ein starkes Interesse an technischen Lösungen im Versicherungsumfeld.
- Strukturierte Vorgehensweise und ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zu interagieren.
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement inklusive der Koordination, Planung und Durchführung von Projekten sowohl in agilen als auch klassischen Umgebungen.
