We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Team Member at our 4-star Best Western Hotel in Cuxhaven. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient service operation
• Take ownership of your station and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
• Upsell and promote our services and products to guests
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Process guest reservations and manage the front desk operation
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in German and English
