At SAP LeanIX, we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Developer to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing scalable backend services for our enterprise architecture management (EAM) software.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled developer with a strong background in building maintainable backends. As an Enterprise Architecture Developer, you'll work closely with our engineering team to deliver high-quality features and ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • You'll be responsible for developing new user journeys to enable customers to interact with their data at scale in our backend service.
  • You'll collaborate with colleagues to drive innovative new workflows using AI and shape the core experiences for customers in SAP LeanIX EAM.
Our Technology Stack

We're committed to using the best software stack available. Our technology stack includes:

  • Backend in Java/Kotlin
  • Event-driven architecture
  • GraphQL APIs
  • Modern CI/CD toolchains, e.g., GitHub Actions
  • Infrastructure as code, Terraform
  • Robust monitoring, alerting, and product usage through Instana, Azure Log Analytics, Grafana, Amplitude
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in building scalable and maintainable backends
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and Java (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience in building and running scalable backend services is advantageous
  • Familiarity with modern tools and practices
