About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our FIS Banking team in Germany, ideally located in Munich. Remote options are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation.
  • Document and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to drive process change.
  • Recommend and implement quality improvement efforts to enhance process performance and product quality.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of problems and align improvement efforts to performance shortfalls.
  • Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
  • Deliver presentations and training courses to technical and non-technical audiences on process improvement and re-engineering.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, governance, and technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
  • Ability to estimate work effort for programs, projects, and impact assessments and ensure successful completion.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English and German.
