Your Role

As a Business Automation Manager at FINN Auto, you will work at the intersection of Business and Tech. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize and automate crucial business processes using state-of-the-art web tools. You will explore new ways to efficiently and effectively solve problems, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Process Gaps: You will be responsible for identifying areas where process improvements are needed, working closely with stakeholders to understand their daily challenges and analyzing data to inform your decisions.
  • Prioritize and Deliver: You will prioritize tasks based on data and user feedback, conceptualizing lean and pragmatic solutions that validate assumptions quickly and resolve problems effectively.
  • Build Solutions: You will design and build solutions using No-Code / Low-Code tooling such as Airtable, Make, and Retool, onboarding users to new processes and tools as needed.
  • Effective Communication: You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, product managers, and data analysts to ensure seamless communication throughout the development process.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a high-performance environment, with a passion for solving problems at a fast pace.
  • Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the customer experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset and a sense of pragmatism.
