At Amazon, customer trust is the foundation upon which our business is built. To maintain and strengthen this trust, the Escalation Management & Prevention (EMP) team works closely with various stakeholders to identify and prevent intellectual property infringement and other forms of product abuse in our catalog.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our EMEA EMP Team as an Investigator. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate complex incidents of suspected intellectual property infringement and other product abuse.

To achieve this, you will apply your excellent judgment to identify underlying issues, improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Quality & Safety, Community Trust, Seller Performance, and Brand Registry. You will also launch programs, establish process controls, recommend revisions, and ensure alignment with risk and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with key Selling Partners, implementing policies, tools, and technology innovations to protect customers, defend intellectual property, safeguard brands, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Research and investigation skills or equivalent
  • Establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent
  • Program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
  • Experience with SQL and Excel
  • Program requirements definition, data analysis, and metrics-driven improvements
  • Working with machine learning models and data science teams

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
