Plant Asset Manager

As a Plant Asset Manager at E Hydrogen GmbH, you will be responsible for the overall management of our medium to large-scale chemical processing assets, including H2 production, H2 purification, Ammonia cracking, and refueling facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement O&M concepts for our chemical processing assets
- Support project development efforts in setting up O&M concepts and procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, permitting, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Negotiate LTSA contracts and third-party O&M contracts with suppliers and stakeholders
- Lead technical asset management of our facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Liaise with the H&S team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- More than 5 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance/Asset Management of a chemical/process/energy generation plant, preferably related to H2 or Ammonia
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- A dynamic and international working environment
