Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the role of Schichtleiter (m/w/d) Umschlagslager - Frühschicht. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the organization of the warehouse operations in the early shift (04:00 – 13:30 Uhr) at the collection and delivery point.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate the warehouse operations, including the receipt and dispatch of goods.
  • Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, including the handling of hazardous materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Relevant education and experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in team management and process improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
