Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team to provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate a strong knowledge of pet care.
  • Store Operations: Ensure adherence to Fressnapf standards for animal care and well-being, and manage inventory and product displays to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Staff Management: Responsible for staff selection, scheduling, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes team satisfaction and growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
