About the Role
The Business Client Advisory Services Team at 360T is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Client Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service to new and existing clients
- Manage, resolve, and escalate all incoming client requests
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
- Conduct client platform trainings
- Maintain, document, analyze, and improve existing workflows and processes
- Oversee various project stages
- Participate in quality assurance
- Closely interact and cooperate with internal teams
Requirements
- Good academic background in a related field
- Working experience in Client Services or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Openness to learn and ability to adjust to a dynamic environment
- Highly proficient in clear communication in English and German
- Additional language skills are a benefit
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
