Job Description:

As a Serviceberater (m/w/d) at Gohm + Graf Hardenberg GmbH, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the Servicekernprozess, which involves scheduling, preparing, and executing service appointments, as well as ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Process Management: Ensure timely and efficient completion of service appointments, including scheduling, preparation, and execution.
  • Customer Communication: Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their service appointments, including estimated completion times and any necessary follow-up actions.
  • Service Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all service work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Financial Management: Accurately process and manage service invoices, including handling customer payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Technical or Commercial Education: Hold a successful technical or commercial education with experience in the automotive industry.
  • Service Experience: Possess experience as a Serviceberater in a customer-facing role.
  • Service Skills: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using service-specific tools and equipment.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of automotive products and models.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
