About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician in Pest Control to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert pest control services to our clients, ensuring their properties are protected from pests and diseases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify pest infestations and develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement pest control measures, including the use of specialized equipment and chemicals, to eliminate pest infestations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality results
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, including client information, treatment details, and follow-up activities

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in pest control or a related field, such as a degree in biology, chemistry, or environmental science
  • Proven experience in pest control, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of pest behavior, biology, and control methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
