We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial and Customer Use Test Manager to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare.

About the Role

As a Clinical Trial and Customer Use Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing clinical trials, including submissions to the ethics committee and the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM). You will also oversee the clinical monitoring of clinical trials to ensure high-quality study results.

In addition, you will plan, organize, and manage the Customer Use Test (CUT) process, which involves collaborating with selected customers to gather feedback before product release. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Your Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute clinical trials, including submissions to the ethics committee and BfArM
  • Oversee clinical monitoring of clinical trials to ensure high-quality study results
  • Plan, organize, and manage the CUT process, including collaboration with selected customers
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Analyze customer feedback and derive improvement suggestions
  • Drive the creation, selection, integration, and adaptation of tools for CUT and ECS
Requirements
  • Completed studies in a technical-natural scientific or human scientific field
  • Several years of experience in diagnostic imaging with interfaces to R&D, product definition, quality, and marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of product development processes, particularly in the MR field
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems, especially TFS Defect Management and SAP EDM
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trials (ethics committee, BfArM, DIMDI)
  • Familiarity with the Open-Source Management System Open Clinica and its use in clinical studies
