Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ILS and CADM Engineer to join our team at OSB AG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as local ILS/CM Point of Contact for the GSOp ILS and CADM organization, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct and support Configuration Control Boards based on the GSOp CCB Terms of Reference and standardized processes.
  • Liaise with and coordinate follow-up tasks with the originator of configuration change requests to qualify them for CCBs.
  • Document CCB dispositions in central tools, provide CCB minutes, and update configuration data in central CM tools.
  • Liaise with and support local Maintenance Teams regarding the ILS/CM interface.
  • Liaise and interface with local HE regarding PHS&T tasks.
  • Support configuration audits/inspections for verifying correctness/accuracy of maintained configuration status.
  • Maintain and update CM/Asset status information in central tools and provide ILS/CM inputs to inquiries and reports.
  • Participate in GSOp internal Meetings and support GSOp ILS/CM reporting tasks with inputs gathered locally and via central tools.
  • Participate in GSOp external ILS/CM meetings to coordinate with external parties ILS and Configuration Management aspects.
  • Contribute to ILS/CM engineering and analysis tasks in the frame of the continuous improvement process and event-driven evolutions.
  • Contribute to reviews of data packs received from infrastructure providers in the frame of new releases/evolutions.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Telecommunications/Electronics/Informatics/Aerospace Engineering with several years of work experience or related work experience.
  • Have a good technical background/experience on the Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and/or Configuration Management (CM) disciplines and tasks.
  • Be ideally experienced in the Galileo program.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an intercultural and geographically distributed work environment.
  • Have good interpersonal liaising and communication skills with a strong attitude to teamwork.
  • Have a hands-on mentality and systematic, self-organized, able to prioritize way of working.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English with knowledge of Italian and/or German.
  • Have fluent standard office automation tools (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.).
