Job Title: Field Service Bauleiter

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Bauleiter to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a Field Service Bauleiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation of compression equipment worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the installation, revision, and repair of turbo-compression equipment
  • Provide technical guidance and training to personnel on the installation process
  • Coordinate all activities of personnel and available resources, including heavy machinery and transportation equipment
  • Train operator personnel on the operation and maintenance of the compression equipment
  • Manage the installation logbook and update project plans
  • Perform acceptance and handover of equipment according to norms and regulations
  • Identify and report errors and initiate corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with UVV, BG regulations, and water management laws

Requirements

  • Completed training as an industrial mechanic
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • 100% travel readiness worldwide
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Good physical fitness and endurance due to offshore assignments and work in challenging climates
