Building Services Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician (w/m/d) HKLS or Electrical as Springer to join our team at Apleona. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients, including troubleshooting and repairing building systems and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct safety inspections and perform repairs as needed to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Document all work performed, including maintenance and repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Building Services Technology (HKLS), Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities management, building services, or a related field.
- Knowledge of building services and electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
- A fully equipped service vehicle and high-quality tools and equipment.
