Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our mechanical design engineering team and contribute to the commercialization of our innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and prioritize engineering activities, lead design reviews, and report to upper management.
- Develop innovative 3D/2D design concepts and create precise manufacturing drawings.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable designs.
- Manage the testing, commissioning, and assembly of equipment to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing existing plants and evaluating new equipment.
- Apply material science knowledge for high-temperature caustic applications to select proper design materials and provide useful input in design reviews and team collaboration.
- Proactively manage supplier relationships and oversee technical specifications for procurement.
- Utilize advanced CAD skills and support the development of digital manufacturing documents.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong group leadership skills.
- Experience with graphite vacuum furnaces.
- Large system design and integration experience.
- Ability to work closely with the supply chain.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.
