Senior Director, Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Commercial Growth and Revenue efforts across 18 markets in Europe, Turkey, and APAC. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business strategy and performance across our food delivery, grocery, and other convenience platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive Commercial Growth Strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion across our markets.
- Lead a high-performing team of Account Managers and Business Development professionals to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Business Process Improvements and Operational Efficiency initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Partners and Stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to our Regional Leadership Team to drive business performance and growth.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong background in Business Development, Commercial Growth, and Revenue Management with a focus on fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through Process Improvements and Operational Efficiency initiatives.
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
