Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at serv Gesellschaft für IT Services mbH. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from concept to implementation, overseeing interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and open communication
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Extensive experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
