MEMS Process Expert for Dry Etch Development

Key Responsibilities
- Develop novel dry etch processes for future MEMS products in 300 mm semiconductor production.
- Transfer, adapt, and develop new MEMS processes and equipment for our highly automated 300 mm line in cooperation with research institutes and equipment vendors.
- Conduct economic feasibility studies and cost comparisons of new processes, technologies, and systems.
- Plan and execute experiments autonomously, coordinate analyses, and evaluate results in close cooperation with the team.
- Follow up development goals as part of an expert team in close cooperation with frontend manufacturing and overall process development.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, problem-solving, assertive, self-initiated, creative, and team player with ability to work under pressure.
- Systematic, goal-oriented, and decisive working practice.
- Several years of professional relevant experience or PhD, very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics, and semiconductor technology.
- Excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships.
- Very good knowledge of English, German a plus.
- Completed university studies in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences, or comparable qualification.
