About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Strategist to join our team at KUGU Home GmbH. As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a key role in shaping our digital strategy and driving business growth.

Job Description

As a Digital Operations Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable solutions to drive efficiency and reduce energy consumption in the housing industry. This includes:

  • Developing and executing technical rollouts of new products, including hardware analysis, compatibility checks, installation, and inventory planning.
  • Collaborating with internal and external technical experts to create guidelines, manuals, and checklists for IoT devices, heating systems, and other devices.
  • Communicating with external stakeholders and taking ownership of documentation and processing of materials, documents, and requests obtained.
  • Detecting root causes of bugs and malfunctions and implementing sustainable workflows to mitigate them.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) or energy-related field.
  • An analytical mind with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
  • The ability to work in an organized and proactive manner, managing complex workflows pragmatically and communicating effectively.
  • Comfort working in technical environments, as demonstrated by specific academic focus and/or previous work experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
