Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our Identity and Access management landscape within Deutsche Börse Group.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate IAM/PAM solutions into our existing infrastructure. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards through effective access policies.
- Develop, maintain, and improve the Identity and Access management landscape within Deutsche Börse Group.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate IAM/PAM solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular access reviews and enforce Least Privilege principles.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM/PAM.
- Provide guidance to teams on IAM/PAM-related matters and support in audit activities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in IAM/PAM projects.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one commonly used IAM and/or PAM solution.
- Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Microsoft Azure IAM services.
- Knowledge in Secrets Management, Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM), and Zero Trust would be an advantage.
- Experience in handling IAM/PAM-related audits is desired.
- Good understanding of SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English; German would be an added advantage.
