Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at PolyTALENT GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and issuing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining master data.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the supply of raw materials and purchased parts
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including item creation and pricing
• Identify and implement cost-saving and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement processes

• Several years of experience in procurement or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the plastics industry and its trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
