About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic team at SAQUELLA CAFFÈ GmbH Deutschland. As a key member of our front-office team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative and organizational tasks related to order processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative tasks, including order processing, with direct communication with our management team.
  • Process orders, create invoices, and manage customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with our logistics partner to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage new customer onboarding and maintain customer data.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle incoming mail and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless order processing.
Requirements
  • Commercial or business administration education.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Italian language skills or English language proficiency are a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
