About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic team at SAQUELLA CAFFÈ GmbH Deutschland. As a key member of our front-office team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative and organizational tasks related to order processing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all administrative tasks, including order processing, with direct communication with our management team.
- Process orders, create invoices, and manage customer relationships.
- Coordinate with our logistics partner to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage new customer onboarding and maintain customer data.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle incoming mail and correspondence.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless order processing.
- Commercial or business administration education.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Italian language skills or English language proficiency are a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
