Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Master to join our team as an Energy Solutions Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high system availability and technical outcomes, maintaining EMS and GLT systems, and providing technical support to customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- System Availability and Technical Outcomes
- Ensure high system availability and technical outcomes through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- EMS and GLT System Maintenance
- Maintain and optimize EMS and GLT systems to ensure efficient energy distribution.
- Technical Support and Collaboration
- Provide technical support to customers and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in energy generation and distribution systems.
- Service Provider Management
- Manage internal and external service providers, ensuring compliance with labor and environmental standards.
- Technical Liaison
- Act as a technical contact for authorities, municipalities, equipment suppliers, grid operators, contractors, and service providers.
- On-Call Duty
- Participate in on-call duty to ensure 24/7 technical support.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Completed training in electrical engineering, with further education as a master/technician being advantageous.
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge in MSR technology and management systems.
- Soft Skills
- Negotiation skills, a confident demeanor, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Software Proficiency
- Proficient in MS-Office programs.
- Personal Qualities
- Independence, communication, and organizational skills.
