About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of over 30 employees in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of logistics professionals in the coordination and execution of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless delivery of goods to our stores.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management and reduce stock levels.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
