About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Predium. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in helping our customers decarbonize their buildings and tackle climate change.

As a full-spectrum, strategic position, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly solutions for complex customer problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to convert insights, business requirements, and data into effective designs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with tech and product management teams to develop user-centered solutions.
  • Developing detailed wireframes and prototypes to facilitate team discussions and align stakeholders on design concepts.
  • Leveraging data visualization skills to present complex information in clear, impactful ways.
  • Utilizing expertise in Figma to create visually appealing and functional design solutions.
  • Building and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Staying updated with the latest innovations in web technologies and applying cutting-edge solutions to enterprise-level tools.
  • Participating in user research and feedback loops to ensure designs meet customer needs.

Requirements include:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a background in enterprise-level web applications.
  • Expertise in developing detailed wireframes and prototypes to facilitate team discussions.
  • Comfortable communicating design concepts and rationale to technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio that demonstrates design processes and impact.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Proven ability to contribute to and maintain a design system.
  • Passion for solving climate change and eagerness to make a significant contribution to the mission.
