As a Service Staff Member at Marriott International, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. Your role will involve preparing the daily mise-en-place, supporting the Chef de Rang in the daily service, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the daily mise-en-place for you and your colleagues
  • Support the Chef de Rang in the daily service and create unbeatable experiences for our guests
  • Serve our guests their drinks and food professionally and with a smile
  • Familiarize yourself with our beverage and food offerings and make recommendations at any time
  • Proactively see the work and lend a hand in every service area

Requirements:

  • You have already gained some experience in the gastronomy industry and are passionate about service
  • You are a team player who keeps eyes and ears open
  • Your open-minded nature and drive for self-initiative allow you to learn from day to day
  • Your enthusiasm for outstanding service is contagious
  • You hold a work permit for EU/Germany
