Senior Equity Sales Role

LBBW is seeking a skilled Equity Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Institutions & Corporates division, you will be responsible for the sale of equity products and cross-client support for banks and institutional investors in other European countries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration and expand existing client relationships.
  • Work closely with the ECM and Research teams to identify market trends and provide insights to drive client business.
  • Identify and acquire new institutional equity investors and build ongoing business relationships.
  • Provide assessments on the placeability of equity transactions and contribute to the development of creative strategies to increase market penetration.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in the marketing of equity transactions, including IPOs, capital increases, and placements.
  • Proven experience in conducting analyst and management roadshows, equity conferences, and investor targeting.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with additional language skills an advantage.
  • A high level of commitment, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
