About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Apleona. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Greeting and Welcome: Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Client Support and Service: Provide support and service to clients, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, including managing client requests and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate transfers, ticket reservations, and restaurant bookings for clients, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Conference Services: Assist with conference room bookings, catering, and technical support, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Telecommunications: Provide telephone support and assistance to clients, including answering calls and resolving any issues.
