We are seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanic (m/w/d) to join our team at Amazon's IXD Redistribution Center in Helmstedt. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Preventive Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our automated systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning correctly and safely.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring that our systems and equipment are always operational.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in electrical, mechatronics, and mechanical systems, with a strong understanding of automation and control systems.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
