Our Research Group

The Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) at the University of Luxembourg is a leading international research and innovation centre in secure, reliable and trustworthy ICT systems and services. Our research group, SVV, focuses on the development and design of reliable, safe, and secure software systems, carrying out both upstream activities such as requirements quality, as well as downstream verification & validation activities, such as software testing and runtime verification.

Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team, working with Prof. Domenico Bianculli and Prof. Fabrizio Pastore on several projects in the area of software verification and validation. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out research in the predefined areas, managing and contributing to national and international research projects, preparing project deliverables, disseminating results through scientific publications, and presenting results in well-known international conferences and workshops.

Requirements
  • PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in software testing, fuzzing, metamorphic testing, testing of AI-based systems, web application testing, and run-time verification
  • Critical thinking and team working skills
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
