Data/ Web Analyst (m/w/d) Position

Your Responsibilities:
  • You will design and implement long-term and project-based web analytics concepts using Adobe Analytics and Launch, analyzing the usage of our digital products and shops, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for product management, editorial, and marketing teams, providing expert advice on tracking and analytics.
  • You will support the analytics team and other departments within the organization on ad-hoc requests and larger analysis projects.
  • You will contribute to the continuous development of our Business Intelligence (BI) systems in MS Azure, focusing on integrating static and dynamic data.
  • You will ensure the acquisition and processing of high-quality data, as well as the management of external service providers and agencies in the field of web analytics.
Your Profile:
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have experience in web analytics and possess knowledge of web analysis tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • You have expertise in online marketing, A/B testing, e-commerce, usability testing, user experience engineering, online conception, and/or requirements management.
  • You value open communication and work effectively in agile processes, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
  • You possess a keen analytical mind, enabling you to identify trends, investigate causes, and develop targeted solutions.
