About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales Enablement team at KPMG-Germany. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our business units in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and sales enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales enablement programs and initiatives to support our business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for sales enablement activities, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, such as sales sheets, case studies, and presentations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs and workshops.
  • Provide support for sales enablement events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Minimum of 4 successful semesters in a business-related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
