BASF Services Europe GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trade Invoicing Services Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our Trade Invoicing Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our order-to-cash process.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will serve as a point of contact for various units, including IT, supply chain, and customer service, to resolve complex SAP-related topics and ensure efficient trade invoicing services.
  • You will perform end-to-end monitoring activities, providing support in exception handling and analyzing technical SAP-related topics to ensure invoicing efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • You will support the conceptual development of invoicing processes, testing defined concepts in the system, and correcting errors to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • You will provide support to senior colleagues with ad-hoc tasks and create data transparency by providing sales and KPI reports to business units and other departments.

Requirements

  • You must have completed a formal vocational training program in Business, Commerce, and Accounting or a comparable degree or certification.
  • Professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
  • You should have knowledge and skills in working with SAP R/3, particularly in the SD module, and Excel.
  • You must have excellent communication skills in Turkish and English and/or German, with additional language skills being an advantage.
  • You should enjoy working in intercultural teams.
