About the JobWe are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer (m/f/d) who is passionate about their work and wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and further developing high-quality standards
- Conducting and leading training and development programs for staff
- Participating in and conducting internal and external quality audits
- Leading EDV-supported statistics for risk management
- Providing basic and nursing care to older and care-dependent residents
