Your Responsibilities

  • Formulating global strategies and frameworks for logistics and supply chain management processes
  • Executing process-oriented assessments and analyses, aiding in the formulation of pertinent guidelines and financial planning
  • Recognizing areas for process and system enhancements, suggesting improvements aligned with business needs
  • Facilitating improved information flow and value creation strategies involving suppliers and service providers
  • Implementing measures for cost efficiency
  • Advocating for a Lean culture and employing methodologies through workshops and projects
  • Conducting training sessions
  • Ensuring adherence to safety standards and legal obligations
  • Preparing for and engaging in the investment process
  • Establishing performance KPIs and tools to bolster Shopfloor Management processes

Your Profile

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for Lean Management expertise
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP e-WM is advantageous
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Strong conceptual and organizational skills, along with exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel and engage in global collaboration; international experience is beneficial
  • Agile mindset, cultural sensitivity, resilience, strong teamwork, and forward-thinking approach
