As a Caregiver - Heilpädagogik Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized, holistic, and activating care and support to our clients
- Identifying the care needs of our clients and developing personalized care plans
- Organizing and leading group activities to promote client well-being
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Altenpflege (Caregiving) or a related field
- Experience in Heilpädagogik or working with individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts
- Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher)
