Research Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Scientist to join our team at the Carl Remigius Fresenius Education Group. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating research projects, as well as organizing and conducting laboratory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement research projects to investigate the properties and behavior of allergens from peanuts and hazelnuts
• Develop and optimize methods for protein purification and characterization using mass spectrometry and biophysical techniques
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve research goals and objectives
• Prepare and present research findings in scientific reports and publications

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of protein purification and characterization techniques, including mass spectrometry and biophysical methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present research findings to colleagues and stakeholders
