**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing complex questions and product demonstrations
* Collaborate with the commercial team to identify opportunities for business development in high-growth markets
* Develop solutions for non-standard applications in FTIR, Raman & NIR
* Report monthly opportunities and trends using scorecards and bowlers
* Support the sales organization in driving continuous growth of sales figures

**Requirements:**

* University degree in a science-related field, preferably in Chemistry
* Working experience in application support in an industrial B2B environment
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, in German and a second language
* Ability to work efficiently with customers and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations
* Customer-centric, intercultural competence, and a professional demeanor
* Eagerness to travel (approx. 25 to 50%)
